Langkawi Day 2

second day in langkawi started off better. the boys slept early, didnt move an inch and woke up at almost 8:00am. tiza made a wake-up call at 7:00am but it didnt work with us, we went back to sleep after hanging up. the boys had a nice bath, followed by a great breakfast (the hotel's buffet spread was excellent). amir and asyraf was excited by the fact that they're going to the hotel's school - the westin kids club.

once the boys were sent, ariff disappeared with his tok and akmal went back to the room with hubby, while i went to the spa with tiza and tisu. the spa was beautiful, surrounded by water and faced the beach. it was actually not too far from the main hotel but the hotel buggies transfered guests everywhere.

coming back to the room, the housekeeper sent back our laundry, nicely folded in a basket. its so simple but it was just so nice. all the tops and bottoms were folded together that i didnt have to sort them out - extra brownie point from me.

we then went out for a nasi beryani lunch at the jetty and surveyed place for dinner. when we went back, i saw amir and asyraf playing in the kids pool from the balcony. we quickly changed ariff and akmal and went down to join the abangs in the pool. once we got there the pool attendant said they've gone back to the kids club. we went to get them and brought them back to the pool. we passed the rejected 1-bedroom villa on the way to kids club *sob sob*.

we spent over 2 hours there, going from the kids pool to the infinity pool to the rock pool.

for dinner we went to the lobster village slightly off kuah town. the butter prawn was great, fish was yummy, kailan was...kailan but the sotong goreng was off (the flour maybe?)
