we're almost at the end of the work. they confirmed that they would be finished and out once the weekend is over but when we went during the weekend no one was around. they moved the completion day to monday but at midnight it was still work-in-progress. the past week was all about storage. while they have put up the linen closet, bookshelf and external shoe rack, there are others to be added - playroom storage, internal shoe rack and breakfast counter.
however, when we checked on tuesday, even when the cabinets are installed, the breakfast counter and tops of cabinets were still pending.
in between putting up the storage, they also added the flooring and grind the whole of the upstairs to get rid of the scratches and marks.
