alhamdulillah, the second part of Ramadhan was smooth sailing. i managed to stick to my aim of preparing home-cooked meals. i did go off course a couple of times, though, particularly when hubby had iftar outside. it gets a bit difficult trying to think of menu for both iftar and sahur but time-management wise, it got better.
iftar day#20…ayam percik, udang tepung & soup sayur
iftar day#22…mihun soup & (extremely lazy hence the ugly) peach custard
iftar day#23…baked chicken, air fried fries with lots of veggies on the side
iftar day#24…nasi beryani, satay, sago gula melaka in damansara
iftar day#27…baked pasta, fries & veggies (yes, i'm totally lost of what to cook at this stage…)
iftar day#28…nasi lemak with sambal udang & fried chicken
*phew* there you have it. mostly recycled menu for the 29 days but at least they're home prepared.
